Future Horse Riders Posted: May 20, 2010 Junior Girl Scout Troop 10530 from Newington ventured to Meadow Gate Farm in Wethersfield on a sunny Saturday to earn their Horse Rider badge. Tom provided a very informative introduction to horses and then let the girls get right to work grooming Tuffy, Snowball and Ariel. Once their "chore" was complete, the girls were thrilled to be able to spend a good deal of time taking turns riding. It was truly an exhilarating experience. See more Girl Scout Memories [ Back ]
