CT Valley Canoers Posted: Jun 24, 2010 This past Memorial Day weekend, CT Valley Canoers competed in a canoe regatta in Upstate New York. Our Girl Scouts, ages 11-18 from all over CT, practiced five weeks on the beautiful Farmington River to prepare for the trip. They prepared swaps for a sing along, and met girls from councils from New Hampshire down to Virginia! Their hard work paid off, as every girl came home with a trophy this year! Great job girls!
