Miss Outstanding Teen Connecticut talks about bullying
Posted: Nov 18, 2010
On Tuesday, November 16, 2010 Logan West, Miss Outstanding Teen Connecticut came to our Daisy meeting to talk to us about bullying. Logan told us a story about Billy the Bully and how our words can hurt others.
She also brought a paper doll whose name was Lizzie. We role played and pretended that we were bullies. We said mean things to Lizzie and ripped a piece of her. Then we apologized and taped her back up. When we
saw her all taped up we realized that even if we apologize for our words the person is still hurt and will never be the same. We also got to try on her crown.
