Kids on the Block Puppet Shows become available in Fairfield County CT area! Posted: Mar 3, 2011 Fairfield Mountain Laurel Cadette girls in troops 33189 & 33038 got together with Cathy Monckton and spent a day of February vacation completing Kids on the Block Puppeteer Training. Kids on the Block are educational puppets that teach kids about diversity. There were no trained troops in the Fairfield County area before this.
