Friday 8/31/12 2:00pm - Monday 9/3/12 4:00pm Deadline 8/15/12: It's the last celebration of summer, and where better to spend it than at Camp Candlewood with your family. This annual retreat is for families of current campers, alumni and their families, adults in Girl Scouting, and families who want to have a tradition of camping at Candlewood for Labor Day. Candlewood provides meals: Friday dinner through Monday lunch; a bunk house or A-frame for your family to sleep in and call home for the weekend; Lifeguards and boating staff to keep you safe while you swim, sail, canoe, or kayak; counselors to run "pixie time" for your children on Saturday and Sunday (two hours each day); Crafts for kids and adults; time to sit under a tree and read your favorite book; and trails to hike. However you define family, bring yours and join us for this end of the season weekend extravaganza.

Please pack for warm or cool weather. Don't forget a flashlight for everyone, as well as insect repellent and sunscreen. Your raincoat may be necessary. Information packet to be sent.
