Sun Fest activities will begin at 11:00 AM. The Connecticut Sun game will begin at 3:00 PM. Concessions stands will be open early for Girl Scout Sun Fest attendees and will offer $2 hot dogs. Activities will include learning more about Girl Scouts, stories, crafts, games and songs.

Girlz R.U.L.E. (Respect, Understand, Lead, Empower) is an anti-bullying program designed for girls. Girl Scouts of Connecticut has developed this signature initiative and there are programs throughout the state. Volunteers are needed to facilitate this program to girls in grades three through eight, which may be offered during school hours, immediately after school, or in one-day workshops or events.
There is no cost for this training. Light refreshments will be served throughout the day, bring a lunch and covered mug. More trainings will be offered throughout the membership year. To register, contact Hannah Granfield.

Join us for First Niagara Girl Scout Night Tuesday, August 21! Come and experience world class professional tennis at the New Haven Open at Yale presented by First Niagara.
