Elizabeth Davis, Ph.D. is currently Dean of the College of Business and Professor of Management at the University of New Haven in Connecticut. Formerly she was Chair and Associate Professor of the Department of Organizational Sciences and Communication and, Former Director of the Women’s Leadership Institute at the George Washington University. She has a B.A. from Columbia University, and received her Ph.D. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in Systems Sciences focusing on Strategy and Organizational Systems & Theory.

She has published numerous articles and has lectured and done consulting work in strategy, strategic teams, human centered systems change, and environmental leadership the U.S A., Caribbean, Latin America, and Europe.

Dr. Davis currently sits on the Boards of the Rocky Mountain Science & Sustainability Network, the Direct Selling Educational Foundation, and the Eastern Academy of Management. She is currently is working on three NSF Grants examining Women Scholars, Sciences and Sustainability issues and Environmental Leadership.
