Property Updates

Find out what is going on at our GSOFCT properties!

Candlewood - Now open with limited use of the property. Candleberry Shelter and many trails are closed until further notice. The Lighthouse and Dining Hall with upper parking lot are now open.

Yankee Trails - Now open with limited use of the property. The Stone House and front parking lot are now available for use. Please note the property
beyond the first parking area will be closed until further notice.

GSOFCT Museum — North Haven Service Center

 

In April of 2012 the first Girl Scouts of Connecticut Historical Museum will open on the first floor in room 107 of the North Haven Service Center. Construction is now completed including replacing the ceiling tiles, installing new LED lighting, installation of new carpet, new window treatments, painting, installation of display cabinets and installation of a 55” Wall mounted high definition television for display purposes. The museum is now in the final stages of completion.

Laurel

 The New Lebanon Service Center at Camp Laurel is now complete. The Service Center will be open on April 2, 2012.  The Shop is now open! The North Windham Service Center closed on March 16, 2012.
