Located on Candlewood Lake, Camp Candlewood offers a general camp experience with recreational swim, arts and crafts, games, and nature for girls entering grades 1-12. Depending on their ages, girls choose from a variety of programs focused on sailing, canoeing, rock climbing, the arts, horseback riding, sewing, adventure, Program Aide, and more. Some programs feature day trips. An optional overnight is offered each week, with one- and two-week sessions Monday-Friday from July 7 through August 15, 2008 (no camp July 4th). Local bus transportation is included. ACA accredited.
