Located on Candlewood Lake, 87-acre Camp Candlewood offers a general camp experience for girls entering grades 3-12, with recreational swim, boating, low ropes course, arts and crafts, games, and nature study. Girls can choose from a variety of programs focusing on the arts, sailing, canoeing, rafting, cooking, horseback riding, caving, rock climbing, adventure programs, and more. Older girls may choose from hiking, rafting, outdoor adventure trips, and CIT opportunities. Camp Candlewood runs Sunday-Friday from June 29 through August 15, 2008, with one-a-week sessions. ACA accredited.
