Laurel Day Camp features gently sloped woodlands, a large arts and craft pavilion, play field, council-fire amphitheater, and gathering place. Situated on a waterfront, the 40-acre pond offers campers a variety of waterfront activities. Platform tents and picnic shelters are available for day learning activities. Laurel Day Camp offers swimming, Funyaks, inner tubes, canoeing, nature exploration, badges, cookouts, campfires, arts and crafts, skits, and songs. Girls entering grades 1-11 play, create, and learn together in units or all-camp activities. The camp season runs weekly sessions Monday-Friday from June 30 through August 15, 2008 (no camp July 4th). Bus transportation is included.
