Camp Merrie-Wood boasts 7 acres and is surrounded by great hiking trails and a small brook where girls can investigate the stream's natural habitat, or just cool off on a hot summer's day. Girls entering grades 1-8 can participate in general- and skill-appropriate activities, such as arts and crafts, hikes, campfire building, leadership development, sports, games, and science experiments. The camp offers one-week sessions Monday-Friday from June 29 through August 14, 2009 . Bus transportation is included.
