Girl Scouts of Connecticut
A bank of talents, skills, smarts, and some of our favorite people.

Our Volunteer Bank is a list of people willing to give a little of their time to help Girl Scouts learn a skill or develop an interest. Our leaders contact them when they're needed for a variety of reasons.

It may be to talk about their careers, give girls pointers on getting into college, or provide tips on earning and saving money. Or it may be just for fun—teaching salsa dancing or puppetry or just about anything to do with pets, music, arts or fashion.

The investment of time is modest. The rewards are great. As a volunteer you can influence girls and young women in a positive way. We're always looking for excellent role models for Girl Scouts. So, please, join today, and feel free to refer friends to us.

How to use the bank
If you're a Girl Scout leader, click here to let the Special Initiatives Manager know your location, age group, the skills you're seeking and the dates you have in mind. We'll put you in touch with someone who best matches your needs, and you can take it from there. If no one in the Bank fits your needs, we'll help you look for a good candidate outside of the Bank.
