For QSP Sellers

Here are resources that girls need to be successful in the QSP Program! If you need materials such as an order form or magazine catalog, contact your Troop/Group Leader or Product Sales.

QSP Online Program Continues Through November 12!

There is still time to participate in the online portion of the QSP Program. Setting up a Girl Scout’s web page is quick and reaching out to customers via email, texting, and posting on social media couldn’t be easier.

To get started, girls/families can click here and follow the steps below:

1)     Choose Returning Participant

2)     Click the Get Help link to get a temporary password

3)     Check your email address (the one you registered your Girl Scout with for this membership year) for the email from girlscout-sale@qspgao.com

4)     Return to the login page and enter your email address and temporary password.

Once you have accessed your Girl Scout’s online dashboard, you can change your password by clicking the MyInfo tab under the “burger” menu icon (upper left corner).

Contact the Product Sales Team at productsales@gsofct.org with any questions.

Extended selling period for online sales

The dates for the online store have been extended for cutomers to make purchases! The online store, which customers can access via a link in an email from a Girl Scout OR via a link posted by a girl/family on social media, will be operational until Sunday, November 12. This additional time will give you the extra opportunity to reach your goals AND for customers to make last-minute purchases for holiday gifts and treats.

Share

Share Program

Don't forget to offer your customers the option to support the Share program, available on your paper order card. Each donation of $5.00 will purchase one can of Honey Roasted Peanuts to be donated to the American Red Cross, Connecticut Chapter. You can also earn special rewards for Share program purchases.

NEW tie-in between the QSP and Cookie programs!

QSPandCookiePatch

This year we are connecting the QSP and cookie programs to encourage girls and troops to participate in both programs and reap additional rewards and proceeds!

For girls...

Girls who sell $75 or more in QSP Program products and 85 boxes in the cookie program, including Initial Order, Goal Getter, and/or March cookie booth sales, will earn the Altogether Awesome patch. This one-of-a kind patch features the superhero cat from the QSP Program and the sea turtle from the cookie program.

For troops…

Troops that average at least $120 per girl selling in the QSP Program and 125 boxes per girl selling in the cookie program (January-March 2018) will earn an additional $.02 per box of cookies in troop proceeds!

Forms and Documents for QSP Sellers

How can Parents/Guardians help?

  • Review with your girl the materials she receives from her leader, including the Family Newsletter.
  • Help your girl develop her customer list.
  • Accompany your girl when she is participating in the QSP program.
  • If your girl will be marketing online, read and sign the Internet Safety Pledge. Then supervise her as she visits the QSP Online Program site, to complete the set up, and to send emails to friends and family.
  • When it is time to turn in your materials, please enclose in your Girl Scout’s envelope the following items:
    • magazine and To Remember This! order forms,
    • nut and candy order form,
    • completed address booklet,
    • payments for all orders taken via order card or catalog. Payment must be received when orders are taken. Checks are written to “Girl Scouts of Connecticut” with the troop number in the memo area and the customer’s phone number written on the check. Note: Girls do not need to turn in any forms or payment for sales made online.
  • Congratulate your girl on doing a great job in the QSP Program!
