Food Explorers - Homemade Pasta
Calling all Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors! Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make homemade pasta! You’ll learn how to mix, knead, roll and cut your own fettuccine without needing a pasta machine! Using just a rolling pin and some muscles, you’ll have perfect pasta in no time. You will need the following ingredients for this recipe: 2 eggs, AP flour, olive oil, salt and your choice of sauce (or pasta can be dried and saved for later). This class will be conducted using Zoom, any additional information will be emailed before the program begins.

Cadette New Cuisines- Step 1 Cook a dish from a different country
Senior Locavore- Step 3 Cook a simple meal showcasing local ingredients (After making their pasta, Seniors can cook a sauce for their pasta using local ingredients- but this will not be included in the class)
