This is an in-person training opportunity for new or recently added Service Unit Managers.
Volunteers will be assigned and should plan to complete the SU Volunteer Pathway in gsLearn prior to attending the in-person session. Led by the Member Experience department, this training is an opportunity to learn more about the expectations and responsibilities of the SUM role, to gather tips on how to lead your SU successfully throughout the membership year, and to connect with your fellow SUMs and the Member Experience team.
Please note: registration as the volunteer SUM for your service unit is a prerequisite for this training class.
