How can you get involved as an alum?

Take Action!

There are many volunteer opportunities available throughout Connecticut for Girl Scout Alumnae like you!

  • Pitch in at a camp clean up day;
  • Volunteer at a program and/or special event;
  • Provide office support;
  • Become a docent at our historical museum;
  • Become a Council Learning Facilitator;
  • Assist with a troop, and more!

Volunteer once in awhile or on a regular basis. We can find the right opportunity just for you. You'll have fun and feel great knowing that you've helped our girls build courage, confidence, and character!

Register as an Adult Member of Girl Scouts!

Join as an adult member and enjoy these benefits:

  • Receive the latest news on what's happening in Girl Scouts;
  • Participate in program activities;
  • Receive special invitations to alumevents;
  • Network with sister Girl Scouts across Connecticut.
Support our Girls with a Gift!

Our girls will benefit from your support:

  • Financial assistance for membership dues, uniforms, and materials;
  • Maintenance of our camps;
  • Programs for personal growth and leadership development;
  • Training for adult volunteers;
  • A safe environment for girls.

Make a gift to honor a specific girl, to commemorate your own years in Girl Scouts, or to celebrate a woman who was there for you when you were a girl. Join the Juliette Gordon Low Society at Girl Scouts of Connecticut with a gift in your estate plan or bequest.
