Grab your crew, don your eye patch, and prepare for a swashbuckling
journey on the water! This immersive paddle takes you down the
"river" following a treasure map that will lead you to
exciting stops along the way. Meet colorful pirates, barter for clues,
and work together to unlock the final mystery that leads to the hidden
treasure chest.

Each canoe can
hold at max three people (two Girl Scouts and one Adult or two Adults
and one Girl Scout). According to the Safety Activity Checkpoints
document, all age levels except Daisies and Brownies, are permitted to
man their own canoe so Girl Scouts participating in this event do not
require an adult on the water in their canoe. Adults CAN be in the
canoes or can choose a kayak.
Adult supervision is
required. All adults attending must have a registration for this event
and must comply with all standards based on GSUSA and GSOFCT policies
and procedures. Girl Scouts not attending with a troop must have a
parent or guardian with current GSUSA membership register to attend
with them. No tagalongs (siblings, unregistered adults) will be
permitted to stay at this event.
