Start off the Summer right: relaxing. Unplug from your life with mindfulness, yoga, and getting back to the nitty gritty basic fun of camping in the woods.

Everyone knows the biggest sign that you’ve had fun at camp is how dirty you are. This week has no expectations! Prepare to get messy with hands-on activities in all areas of camp, from f inger painting in arts and crafts to explosive STEM fun. Extra clothes may be a good idea!

All Girl Scouts who participate in weeks 2 & 4 can participate in late night that will include a campfire and dinner as well as a dip in the pool.

(Athlete Badges) Suit up and get ready to fight crime. Do you have deadly accuracy? Can you “breathe” underwater? Discover your superpower through trying activities like archery, swimming, and more.

(Performance, Craft/DIY) It’s the biggest party of the year. Attend Lily’s Firefly Fest to move it and groove it. Make music, dance along to the beats, and design your own flowery, festival accessories.

The carnival is coming to An-Se-Ox. Experience all the excitement of a carnival at camp with classic carnival games, shows, and treats throughout the week.

See Camp in Action & Earn a $10 Camp Credit!

This spring, we’re offering a new way to get to know your camp—and earn a reward while you’re at it!

Instead of traditional open houses, you can attend one of our hands-on programs at the camp your Girl Scout will attend this summer. You’ll get to explore the property and see Girl Scouts in action, and meet some of our Outdoor Program team. Plus, you’ll earn a $10 camp credit toward your 2026 summer registration.

How It Works

1. Choose a program held at An-Se-Ox from the menu below

2. Register and attend that program.

3. Afterward, complete a short JotForm (we’ll share the link after your program) to tell us which event you attended and which camp you’re registered for.

4. Once verified, you’ll receive a $10 camp credit (one per camper, not per event).

Swimming

Swimming & Water Play: Campers swim daily in our on-site pool, supervised by certified lifeguards. Swim evaluations take place every Monday to determine each camper’s swim level for the week. Campers demonstrate their best swimming, floating, and treading, then receive a colored wristband and buddy tag that indicates their level. Encourage your camper to tell you about their swim progress each day!

Trading Post toggle arrow

Trading Post

The Trading Post opens once a week for campers to purchase knickknacks, souvenirs, and camp gear like T-shirts, water bottles, and patches. Families can pre-order items or send cash with their camper on Trading Post day. Most items range from $1–$15. Unspent money is returned to the camper along with a receipt at the end of the day.

This form helps camp staff have all the information they need to support your camper at summer camp. A completed health form will be required for each camper.

An-Se-Ox Leadership Programs

The Program Aide (PA) and Counselor-in-Training (CIT) programs offered at An-Se-Ox give Girl Scouts the chance to step into leadership roles, gain hands-on experience, and build confidence that lasts well beyond summer.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: All leadership programs are offered in sessions that span multiple weeks (not including weekends). Leadership program participants MUST attend all weeks in the session AND be dropped off each Monday of the session and picked up each Friday of the session for both day camp and sleepaway camp.

Counselors-in-Training (CITs) | For Girl Scout Campers Entering 10th–12th Grade (must be 14+)

The Councelor-in-Training pathway focus on leadership development, camper care, and program facilitation. Through multi-week training and mentorship, CITs gain real-world experience and prepare for future roles as camp counselors.
