The USA Archery Level 2 Instructor's Course covers learning how to shoot archery, archery range set-up, archery range safety, rules, procedures, commands and the teaching the basics of the NTS Shooting Form. There is a final written exam, which you must pass with 75% or better, and a practical exam. Once you pass the written and practical exams, you will be certified as a Level 2 Instructor. Level 2 Archery Training will give you the skills to teach archery facilitation to other adults, allowing these adults to work with others in beginner and introductory archery.
This training is two parts: an on-line portion and an in-person portion at Camp Merrie-Wood on Saturday, May 3, 2025. The on-line portion takes between 2 and 3 hours so please plan ahead.
You will also be required to purchase a USA Archery background check that can take up to a week to clear so please complete at least that portion as soon as possible. The purchase of a USA Archery membership will also be required . These fees are included in your registration price..
