Outdoor Champion Training A train-the-trainer
course for volunteers excited to champion the value of outdoor
experiences and teach outdoor skills to volunteers and girls in
their service areas and throughout the council. This would include
Ready, Set, Camp, Archery, Backpacking, Primitive Camping and Winter
Camping. No, you don't need to train all of them this is just the
trainings council supports
Who: Any volunteer with interest and a love of the
outdoors.
Length: 8 hours. Time frame includes observing or
apprenticing a training, plus two hours of facilitator training and
gsLearn course knowledge check.
Valid: No expiration
date. Required: For outdoor enthusiast volunteers
who wish to host Outdoor Education training events in their service
area or council.
