Step into your power and discover what's possible when Girl Scouts lead the way. The Bridging Beyond Conference is a one-day, high-impact experience designed for Cadettes, Seniors, Ambassadors and the adults who support them. Through inspiring keynotes, identity-driven workshops, and dynamic peer connections, Girl Scouts will gain real-world confidence, community, and clarity. Meanwhile, troop and service unit leaders will find space to recharge, connect, and level up their own leadership. It's all about building courage, confidence, and character-and knowing you're never in it alone.
