Step into your power and discover what's possible when Girl Scouts lead the way. The Bridging Beyond Conference is a one-day, high-impact experience designed for Cadettes, Seniors, Ambassadors and the adults who support them. Through inspiring keynotes, identity-driven workshops, and dynamic peer connections, Girl Scouts will gain real-world confidence, community, and clarity. Meanwhile, troop and service unit leaders will find space to recharge, connect, and level up their own leadership. It's all about building courage, confidence, and character-and knowing you're never in it alone.

Learn real-life skills, build your confidence, and explore what leadership means to you
Network with Girl Scouts, volunteers, and mentors from across the state
Adult tracks designed to energize, support, and strengthen volunteer leadership

💡 Badge Alignment: Supports leadership-focused badges including Public Speaker, Finding Common Ground, Girl Scout Way, and College Knowledge, plus elements of the Highest Awards.

Youth Tracks

  • Be Ready - Real-world tools for real-life confidence
    • From budgeting to time management to digital safety, this track gives you the skills school doesn't teach-but life expects.
  • Be Real - Mental health matters-and so do you
    • This track centers emotional wellness, boundaries, self-discovery, and the importance of asking for help when you need it.
  • Be Bold - Step up, speak out, and spark change
    • Explore advocacy, public speaking, and how to take your Girl Scout leadership to the next level-whether it's the Gold Award or your first big speech.
  • Be You - Chart your course with confidence
    • From college and careers to gap years and values-based decisions, this track helps you imagine-and begin building-your future.

Adult Tracks

  • Building Your Girl Scout Leadership- For troop leaders
    • Walk away with refreshed tools, new ideas, and a stronger support network. This track focuses on connection, confidence-building, and tips to keep your Girl Scout year fun, engaging, and sustainable.
  • Building Your Girl Scout Community- For service unit volunteers
    • This track is designed to fuel your fire as a Girl Scout leader at the community level. We'll explore recruitment, volunteer support, and how to create a thriving, inclusive Girl Scout experience in your service unit.

Who Can Attend?

Open to Girl Scouts in grades 6-12 and registered adult volunteers, including troop leaders and service unit team members. Girl Scouts may attend independently, with a troop leader, a parent/guardian who is a current GSUSA member and background checked volunteer. All adult attendees must also be registered. 

Adult Volunteer Spots

Adults attending as part of the volunteer conference track do not serve in a program support role. 

Registration Information

📝 Early Registration Deadline: August 15 - September 30  - $45 for Youth and Adult
📝 Registration Deadline: November 7 - $50 for Youth and Adult

Conference fee includes t-shirt and patch for all attendees! 

Additional Notes

📌 Please wear your Girl Scout vest/sash or GSOFCT t-shirt if you have one. Snacks will be provided. A full schedule and session sign-up form will be emailed prior to the event.
