Step into the world of famous artists and explore the techniques that shaped history! In this hands-on workshop, Girl Scouts will learn about iconic painters, sculptors, and illustrators, then experiment with their unique artistic styles. From brushstrokes to abstract shapes, they'll create their own masterpieces inspired by the greats.

Develop an Artistic Toolkit - From the color wheel to composition, discover the vocabulary and techniques every artist should know to apply the principles of design.

Experiment with Inspiration - Use the work of previous art master's as reference to guide your creativity in different design challenges.

Create Your Signature Style - Express your artistic voice as you explore, experiment, and design original works that are uniquely you.

Completing this event will help Daisy and Brownie earn steps 1-3 of their Level Art and Design badges, allowing them to develop an understanding of art composition. This program welcomes tagalongs! Tagalongs must be non-member girls in Kindergarten through 3rd grade to attend this program and will be registered as non-member non-council girl. Adults who register for this program will serve as hands-on volunteers. All volunteers will be expected to arrive early for a brief orientation and to assist actively throughout the program. Thank you for supporting Girl Scout experiences!  Early registration closes on September 10  at 5:00 PM ($12), and the final deadline to register is October 3 at 5:00 PM ($14) - don't delay and register today!

This program needs at least 12-15 Girl Scouts to make the magic happen! If we don't reach that number, we may need to cancel-so invite a friend to join the fun!
