Use your leadership skills to make the world a better place! The Bronze Award is the Highest Award Girl Scout Juniors can earn by Taking Action with their Community. Participants will learn how to develop a Take Action Project to show the world what a Girl Scout can do. Let's discover community problems and research root causes to change community perspective!
This Training will help Girl Scouts:
- Build a Bronze Award Team: Discover how to team up other Juniors and round up community volunteers to solve a root cause.
- Understand Take Action vs Community Service: Learn the difference between service and creating a unique initiative with a quiz to test your knowledge.
- Be Girl-Led: Become a decision-maker tand develop project management skills through leadership.
- Make It Sustainable: Figure out how to pass this project off to the community beyond the contribution of the Girl Scout.
