Adult Training: Ready Set Camp class is here to equip you with all the
essential skills and knowledge for a successful and fun-filled camping
experience. Whether you're a seasoned leader or a first-time camper,
this session will guide you through the ins and outs of planning,
packing, and leading your troop on a memorable camping trip. Get ready
to practice everything from the best campfire recipes to choosing the
perfect camping spot, ensuring your troop is prepared for a safe and
exciting adventure in the great outdoors!

and how to choose the best one for your troop.

💡 Badge Alignment:
This
training supports several outdoor-related badges, helping participants
earn skills for camping, fire safety, and leadership in the great
outdoors.
Who Can Attend?
This training is open to all
registered adults planning an overnight trip with their troop that
involves a campfire. Please note that this training is a prerequisite
for any overnight event that includes a campfire. Remember that one
adult doesn't need to do it all, ask your troop caregivers to see if
any of them are interested in taking the training. Also, it is an
acceptable use of troop funds to use them to pay for all adult
trainings.
