Girl Scouts Day at The Shubert for Mrs. Doubtfire, the Musical

Girl Scouts are invited to experience a special day at The Shubert Theatre in New Haven! Enjoy a pre-performance behind-the-scenes peek backstage and a performance of the feel-good, family-friendly musical comedy Mrs. Doubtfire! Mrs. Doubtfire is a lovable laugh-filled musical, based on the 1993 film, about an outrageous out-of-work single dad who will do anything to be with his children --including pretending to be a Scottish nanny!
What to expect:
- Arrive to the historic Shubert Theater, a world-class venue for the performing arts. Enjoy the ambiance and architecture of this crown jewel of downtown New Haven opened in 1914.
- Experience a Backstage Workshop one hour before curtain (1:00 PM). Explore themes of the show, meet a guest speaker, and enjoy an activity.
- Receive a specially-designed Shubert patch for your vest or sash.
- At 2:00 PM take your seat and enjoy the show! Snack bar available.
