Put your outdoor leadership to the test in this advanced knot-tying skills session for older Girl Scouts! Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors will tackle campsite problem-solving challenges that require efficient knotwork, sturdy lashing, and team coordination. Whether you're securing a tarp in stormy weather or building a functional camp structure, this session helps girls sharpen their rope confidence and take their outdoor readiness to the next level.

Program Highlights:
- Level-Up Your Knots: Go beyond the basics to master essential knots for outdoor applications, including the bowline, taut-line hitch, highwayman's hitch, sheet bend, and advanced hanking techniques.
- Real-World Applications: Practice setting up drip lines, hanging bear bags, tensioning shelters, and lashing poles to create gear racks, trestles, or campsite flagpoles.
- Lashing Lab: Hands-on practice with square, shear, diagonal, and continuous lashing to solve campsite needs or create a small functional structure.
- Team Relay & Knot Challenge: Work in teams to solve timed campsite problems using only rope and the right knots. Bonus: high-speed knot relay race!

Badge Alignment:
Supports skill building for the Junior Camper, Cadette Trailblazing, and Cadette Primitive Camper badges, as well as many Senior and Ambassador level badges where knot proficiency is essential.
