Every March, Girl Scouts gather at the Connecticut State Capitol in Hartford for Girl Scout Day at the Capitol, an inspiring civic engagement experience that brings government, leadership, and advocacy to life. Girls discover how decisions are made, explore the legislative process, and learn how they can use their voices to create positive change in their communities.
Who Can Participate?
Girl Scout Day at the Capitol is open to Girl Scouts Juniors through Ambassadors. Whether attending with a troop or as an independent Girl Scout, participants will have the opportunity to connect with leaders, explore civic responsibility, and discover that advocacy starts with understanding the issues they care about.
Join Girl Scouts from across Connecticut for a day of learning, leadership, and civic engagement.
